Please answer: Did it feed 4 adults? How did it taste and would you like it again?
Cheesy Chicken Stuffing:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices American or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 soup can water
box of Stove Top stuffing
4 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
1. Place chicken in baking dish. Layer cheese on top.
2. Mix soup and water, place on top of cheese.
3. Spread stuffing on top. Pour the butter on top of the stuffing.
4. Freeze.
Bake:
Thaw out
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Serve with rice or bread. Serves 4 adults.

Pauline, this recipe was awesome! We had enough for 2 dinners and a lunch for Roy. We ate it a couple weeks ago and I started craving it today. So yummy! This one is being added to my must-make-again list!
