Chicken Enchiladas

Please Answer: Did it feed 4 adults? How did it taste and would you like it again?

sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream OR 8 oz non fat plain yogurt

mix with 1/2 cup sauce to form filling:
2 cups cooked chicken pieces
1 4 oz. can of green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

tortillas
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

spread a tortilla with filling
roll up and place in pan
pour remainder of sacue over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese

From Freezer

Thaw
bake at 450 for about 15 minutes. you just want the cheese to me
