Fried Rice: I didn't have any exact measurements. Sorry but here are the ingredients that I used:
* Ground beef
* Garlic
* Soy Sauce
* Frozen veggies
* Green onions
* Ground Pepper
* Rice (Of course)
* Yu Choy (chinese veggie)
To Serve: Thaw. Reheat over the stove or microwave. Everything is already cooked. I hope you enjoy it.
this was super yummy...maybe a little salty? But i love salty. i think i'm not used to eating so much rice as a meal...so we ended up making some chicken on the side and eating it for 2 nights. worked out great.
